Right of withdrawal — digital content

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase.

Because these products are digital files made available for immediate download, by completing your purchase you expressly request that we begin delivery straight away, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the download begins.

This does not affect the guarantee below, which is more generous than the law requires and applies to every customer, wherever you live.

Our 30-day guarantee

This is a contractual commitment, not a courtesy.

If the guides do not help you, email info@thequietgarden.shop within 30 days of your purchase. You do not need to give a reason and there is no form to fill in. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request. You are not asked to return or delete anything.

Purchases through Gumroad

Some of our guides are sold through Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc.), which acts as merchant of record: your payment and receipt are handled by Gumroad, and Gumroad's terms also apply to the transaction. Our 30-day guarantee applies in exactly the same way: email us and we will refund you through Gumroad.

How you may use the guides

The guides are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print them and keep them forever. You may not resell, share, republish or redistribute them, in whole or in part, or use them to create products for sale. All text and illustrations remain the property of Giorgio De Luca.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Nothing in them limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
